Short-term targets (2023-2024)

  • About 100% leadership positions involved in Business Strategy planning by 2024
  • >50% employees involved in various development programs
  • Starting from 2024 host 12 fieldtrips in Nordic Plast facilities with aim to increase society’s awareness on Circular economy

Medium-term targets (2025 – 2029)

  • Rate of accidents per 100 employees <0,5 accident
  • >90% employees involved in various development programs
  • Annually organize at least 24 fieldtrips in Nordic Plast facilities with aim to increase society’s awareness on Circular economy.

Long-term targets (2030-2050)

  • Attain the goal of “Zero- Accidents” at workplace
  • Protecting our people and planet, enabling further prosperity
