High quality raw material

Product quality is ensured by an optical sorting line that automatically separates the LDPE film or polypropylene to be recycled from unwanted contaminants.
LDPE Clear (Amber) LDPE Clear (Amber) pellets are made from a transparent film. These pellets are an extrusion material mainly used for blowing polyethylene film.
LDPE Grey/Black LDPE Grey/black pellets are obtained from coloured household, agricultural and construction films. These pellets are an extrusion material used mainly for blowing polyethylene film.
LDPE White LDPE White pellets are obtained from the inliners of agricultural or fish industry big bags. These pellets are an extrussion material maunly used for blowing polyethylene film.
LDPE Light LDPE Light pellets are obtained from coloured household, agricultural and construction film by weeding off black film. These pellets are an extrusion material mainly used for blowing polyethylene film.
PP Light PP Light pellets are obtained by processing clean, single bags of a particular type to produce higher quality pellets.
PP Multicolor PP multicolour pellets are produced by recycling, mainly, agricultural bags. As the raw material is multi-coloured, the resulting pellets are also multi-coloured and their colours may vary from bag to bag.
PP Black PP black pellets are obtained by recycling mainly agricultural bags and adding black masterbatch during the production process

Use of LDPE and PP pellets

Global demand for recycled materials is steadily growing, which shows that we are basically moving in the right direction and have started to think about the future of our planet. Nordic Plast is part of this circular economy mechanism and sells 95% of its products in the European and Asian markets.

Our end products can be used in the production of various parts, household items, furniture, straps, crates and pallets. Also for blowing film, producing garbage and shopping bags and other film products.
